40 hours of field training  (10 Parallel inspections) After your classes are done it is very valuable to join an experienced and licensed home inspector to help put it all together. This can be used to attain the 10 parallel inspections needed to complete licensing requirements. During this time you learn a proper sequence to help avoid missing areas and systems.
